Anita Ron

BriteWorks, Inc.

For many, it was inconceivable that starting a business would be possible, while juggling a hectic schedule as a mom of a six-year-old daughter and a six-month-old son. Yet, with only $700.00, three vacuum cleaners, and a lot of determination, Anita successfully launched BriteWorks, Inc. Two decades later, Anita has three children and employs 130 associates who provide comprehensive commercial and industrial janitorial services, throughout the State of California. Anita credits her Company’s success to a commitment to be customer service driven, by consistently providing a clean, healthy environment for her clients. Her positive can-do attitude has positioned her Company as a place where clients can obtain customized cleaning solutions, such as general cleaning, floor care, graffiti removal, pressure washing, and transit/bus cleaning. Some of these clients include Coca-Cola, Walt Disney, and MillerCoors.

Anita was profiled by the Small Business Administration (SBA) SCORE as a SCORE Success Story. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs “10,000 Small Businesses” and UCLA Management Development Entrepreneur program.
