In this role, he helps advance a diverse supplier base, develops key client relationships, assists with proposal development and marketing campaigns as well as supports government relations and project execution with a focus on growth and delivering client success. He also leads business diversity initiatives, representing Burns and McDonnel within business communities throughout California. He enjoys advancing the number of diverse suppliers who provide innovative ideas and a client-service attitude on the firm’s infrastructure projects.

 Chamberlain has nearly two decades of experience across a variety of industries, including banking, aviation, economic development, and more. He previously served as the Business Affairs Manager at Los Angeles World Airports – California’s largest airport, leading business outreach and engagement efforts for airport concessions and construction projects. Additionally, he worked as the Vice President of the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce, helping connect businesses and supporting economic growth in Los Angeles. He has also served as a Board member for the Asian Business Assoc. as well as Chairman of the Inglewood Chamber of Commerce.

He is a passionate advocate for advancing entrepreneurship and education, helping business owners maximize their potential and opportunities.

 Chamberlain’s hometown is Charlotte, N.C., and an alumnus of Hampton University.
