Darretta joined Charter in 2019 and is responsible for the strategy development, program management, and future roadmap for Supplier Diversity across Charter’s 41 state footprint. Prior to joining Charter, Darretta led the launch of supplier diversity efforts at First Data while also leading the eSourcing function, focusing on strategic sourcing project management, competitive bidding, supplier management, and contract management.

She’s held similar eSourcing leadership roles at Newell Rubbermaid and MWV, providing her with a deep history of supplier engagement related to and in support of strategic sourcing initiatives.

Darretta graduated from Clark Atlanta University, a prominent HBCU in Atlanta, Georgia, with a B.A. degree from the School of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Business Management and Supply Chain Management.

Darretta serves on the Executive Board for tech:  SCALE since 2021, and became a member of the Board of Directors for the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council (SCMSDC) in 2022.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta based non-profit Inspired Heart Youth Empowerment (IHYE) and continues to support programs associated to her alma mater, Clark Atlanta University, an Atlanta Georgia based HBCU.
