Clarissa Takakawa is the President of A.I. Foods Corporation, a USDA-inspected meat and poultry food processor specializing in Filipino and Asian food. Her career with A.I. Foods began in 2003, working under her father and company founder. Clarissa’s main contributions to the organization has been streamlining operations, mechanizing/updating processes and upgrading packaging.

Clarissa is a graduate of UCLA, with a BA in Economics with a Specialization in Asian American Studies. She earned her MBA from San Francisco State University while working full time in advertising and marketing.

Currently residing in Redondo Beach, Clarissa enjoys spending time with her two children (Lauren and Reagan) and her husband David, who is also a UCLA graduate.
