Bonnie Nijst is president and CEO of FIDGET Branding, a B2B growth marketing agency with a singular focus on building momentum for companies and their brands. In her work, she has collaborated with some of the country’s largest corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies on branding, messaging, and marketing strategies focused on repositioning their organizations in rapidly changing marketplaces. 

Her company’s mission is to help organizations succeed in their missions by enabling them to be seen, heard, and found by the people and companies who will benefit most from what they do. FIDGET does this by aligning its clients’ branding, messaging, marketing, and technology to more effectively and efficiently drive awareness, relationships, and revenue.

Bonnie’s previous experience includes communications consulting, client development, and direct sales and sales management working in senior leadership positions for Medialink Worldwide, Medialink Corporate Television, PR Newswire, and Marketwired. Her clients have included Amazon, Apple, Intel, the Gap, Hewlett-Packard, Adidas, and Nike. 

A sought-after community leader, Bonnie currently serves on the board of directors of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and as 1st Vice-Chair of NMSDC’s National Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee. She is a former president of the Los Angeles chapters of the National Association of Women Business Owners and Women in Communications. She has also served on the boards of the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council, the League of Women Voters of Los Angeles, Essential Access Health, and Barco’s Nightingales Foundation.

FIDGET Branding has been named Professional Services Firm of the Year by the Minority Business Development Agency and the City of Los Angeles and received the Advocacy in Action Award from the Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity. In 2016, Bonnie was named NMSDC’s “MBE Trailblazer of the Year,” and in 2022 she was honored with the “Leadership Excellence Award” from the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council.
