Being an MBE Exhibitor at MBOD is a powerful way to connect with corporations and potential MBE partners and/or customers. It’s the perfect vehicle for:
Launching a new product or service
Handing out sample products or marketing materials
Engaging with attendees through an interactive activity or promotion
Scheduling meetings
Conducting demos
Doing a raffle in order to gain new contacts
For Certified MBEs, a single booth at the early bird rate of $999 (after 2/25, $1,179) includes:
A 10’ x 10’ exhibit space
One 6’ table and two chairs (plus waste basket)
One company identification sign
Half-page ad in the event program book
Two complimentary tickets to MBOD
Access to all activities: keynotes, programs, workshops, matchmaking, breakfast, lunch and evening reception
For Non-Certified MBEs, a single booth at the early bird rate is $1,499 (after 2/25, $1,799)
For Certified MBEs, a double booth at the early bird rate is $1,299 (after 2/25, $1,499) is upgraded to include:
A 10’ x 20’ exhibit space
Two 6’ tables and four chairs
Full-page ad in the event program book
Four complimentary tickets to MBOD
For Non-Certified MBEs, a double booth at the early bird rate is $1,799 (after 2/25, $2,199)
